You're probably wondering...

Why do I have "Old Lady Hands" in the title of my blog?

It's simple, really.  The pictures you will see in this blog of hands holding polish bottles...are my hands.

And I...am an old lady.

Don't you hate when you go clothing shopping - and you love the clothing showcased on the anorexically thin stick-figure mannequin - but when you try it on, it doesn't look the same?

Although most other blog photos showing nail art and nail polishes feature young women with long, beautiful, perfectly manicured nails, my pictures are of the 5-free nail polishes that I create by hand...so women in my age group (the near death group, LOL!) can see what my polishes look like on hands that have seen better days.

Don't get me wrong.  Young women are welcomed and encouraged to use my polishes too! But as an older woman, just like that cute string-bikini set upon the plastic-coated perfect bust and razor-sharp hips...wouldn't you like to know how it's going to look on you before you try it on?

Drunk & Naked

Mmm Yeah! "Drunk & Naked" - this crelly is a soft, muted shade of the ever-so-lightest pinkish peach. This pic shows two coats.

Please pardon my nubby nails.  I have never had long fingernails due to my previous profession as a bass player. If you subscribe to this blog however, you will see them as they grow!  :D

The next pic is (again) 2 coats of "Drunk & Naked", topped with 1 coat of our "Spike Of Interest".

Mmm Yeah! "Spike Of Interest" is one of the brightest topper polishes we've ever made. It can be worn alone or over another color. With multi shapes of holographic silver glitters, it applies easily in two to three coats and dries to a shiny finish.

This picture was taken two weeks after the first one, and see?  My nails are already longer! :D

Both "Drunk & Naked" and "Spike Of Interest" can be purchased in our online store,
